Because items are personalized and/or made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Turnaround Time (Production)
“Turnaround time” refers to the time it takes us to make your order after it’s placed. Turnaround time is counted in business days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Our current turnaround time is always posted at the top of our website and on our Instagram. You may also contact our store to confirm.
Shipping Time (Transit)
We ship via USPS. Shipping time is separate from turnaround time and begins once your order has shipped. Transit time depends on the service selected at checkout:
- USPS First Class: 5–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- USPS Express: 1 business day
Please note: USPS transit times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays and cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including orders that do not arrive by an expected date.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. After checkout, your order enters our production process and inventory is allocated to your item.
Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
