WHAT IS TURNAROUND TIME?
Tunraround time is the time it takes to make your order from the day it was placed. Our turnaround time is calculated in business days this means Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count.  You can always find our current turnaround time at the top of our website or on our Instagram homepage. Or you can call in store to confirm. 
 
I CANNOT WAIT TURNAROUND TIME, CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?
Yes, as long as all items are in stock you can rush the order and cut down the turnaround time. We offer 24HR rush option or 5-7 business day rush option. 24HRs is Monday - Thursday. If an order is placed on Friday @ 3PM, with a 24HR rush, your order will not be ready until Monday/Tuesday. You can add these rush options at checkout at the top of the cart. 
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We ship with USPS and this depends on which service you select at checkout. Shipping time is serpate from turnaround time. If you’re shipping your item, please take into account the additional days for shipping. There are three main services, regular first class that takes 5-7 business days, priority mail 1-3 business days, or express which is 1 business day. We are not responsible for any delays USPS might have and cannot guarantee arrival dates. And we do not refund if your shipment does not arrive on time. 
I DID PICKUP FOR MY ORDER BUT I NEED TO SHIP IT INSTEAD
That’s okay! Please call the store and we can ring you up for shipping and get shipping address.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, once your order is placed you cannot cancel your order. As soon as your order is placed it goes into design, removed from inventory and into our order process. No cancellations can be made. To go through with your order you must accept and agree to these terms and conditions at checkout. 
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
DUE TO THE NATURE OF PERSONALIZATION WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS ACROSS THE BOARD.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS SOLD OUT?
In the rare occasion that your order has sold out after you have purchased it and turnaround time has expired, Caprilina will notify you and allow you to exchange to a different style at the same price. 
 
TRACKING FOR MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER: 
We are so sorry! Although extremely unlikely in the case of such event, please give it a few days, ask your neighbors sometimes carriers make delivery mistakes. If still no package please contact carrier for help.  Caprilina is not liable for any missing packages or any unforeseen issues caused by carrier or at destination. Caprilina will not be able to issues returns on lost or damaged packages.
