Dolls are sold separately. Once you arrive and select your baby doll, payment for the doll will be made at that time.

All bookings require full payment for the selected package at the time of reservation.

Each adoption experience is carefully prepared in advance — from reserving dolls to assembling all package items — we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

However, we are happy to reschedule your appointment with advance notice, based on availability.
